Our company is led by Franci Alberding and Mark Kerr, two pioneers with an essential shared belief: that wellness is the foundation for thriving lives and communities. Franci brings over two decades of experience designing and delivering innovative wellness and amenity spaces for some of the nation’s most respected developers and organizations. Mark shapes decisions drawing from his career as a world-class athlete and champion fighter, where balance, discipline and structure were crucial to his success.

Principal & Owner
For more than 20 years, Franci has built long-term relationships across the construction and development industries, with a deep understanding of the latest innovations in fitness and amenity design. She recognizes that every project is unique and requires a personal touch to create spaces that elevate wellness and encourage growth.
Her portfolio includes master-planned communities, multifamily developments, corporate environments and municipal projects, where she’s helped bring transformative designs and products to life. Known for her client-first approach, Franci has earned the trust of developers, architects, contractors and designers nationwide.

Mark Kerr
Principal
Former UFC Champion “The Smashing Machine” Mark Kerr has lived at the highest level of athletic performance. With victories in NCAA wrestling, UFC and Pride Fighting Championships, he knows firsthand the discipline and resilience needed to succeed.
For Mark, wellness isn’t just about strength or competition; it’s about creating a foundation for health, happiness and hope. Now retired from professional fighting, he channels his experience into helping others live their best lives across the pillars of wellness.
Mark’s inspirational journey is set to reach even more people through the upcoming biopic The Smashing Machine, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
David Nunez
VP of Operations
David Nunez joins Absoulute Wellness as Vice President of Operations, bringing a strong track record of operational excellence and strategic growth. With extensive experience leading teams and driving organizational transformation in the wellness and fitness industry, David has consistently focused on scaling teams and processes to support growth. He oversees the development of scalable systems and processes that align with Absoulute Wellness’s long-term vision, ensuring both efficiency and a world-class customer experience.
What excites him most about this role is the opportunity to help Absoulute Wellness scale while staying true to its mission of improving lives, body and soul.
Outside of work, David is passionate about family life, fitness and continuous learning, values that keep him connected to the community he serves.
